Jerry & I were in school together from first grade thru 12th. A great guy and a great friend. In February I had a phone call the night before that a cousin was MIA in Vietnam. I was having breakfast the next morning & reading the L A Times & saw Jerry's name. The tears started all over again. They say pregnant women cry a whole lot. I did for a few months until I quit reading the L A Times.

Jerry  was a great guy, and I had crush on him in high school, up course he wasn't interested.  I have the clipping out the newpaper and I alway kept it in my high school year book.

I would like to request that you change the name to Gerald Martin. I knew Gerald since I was 2 years old. We lived next door to each other and he was like a brother to me. I am still close to his family and he was and always will be Gerald.
